NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of New Hartford,

Oneida County, NY, will meet at Town Hall, 8635 Clinton Street in New Hartford, NY, in said County, on Wednesday, October 7, at 6:00 P.M., for the purpose of conducting a public hearing to enact a LOCAL LAW to provide a real property tax exemption to qualifying volunteer firefighters as set forth in Real Property Tax Law § 466-a.

A copy of LOCAL LAW “Introductory H” of 2026 is available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office.  At said public hearing, the Town Board will hear all persons interested in the subject matter thereof.
