The Town of New Hartford is holding a special meeting of the Town Board on Monday, November 10^th at 6:15 pm at the Town Hall.  This meeting will be a “working session” to deal with the budget,  union contracts, pending tax certiori’s, and other litigation. It is expected that after the opening of the public meeting the board will go into executive session to discuss union contracts and other matters. This special meeting was called by Councilman Messa seconded by Councilman Tehan.
