• LL Introductory #4 of 2026 – Establish term limits for the Offices of Town Supervisor and Town Councilperson

• Sewer District Intermunicipal Agreement - $26 million dollar grant in which $7.3 million dollars will be allocated to the Town of New Hartford for sewer infrastructure. Seeking authorization for supervisor to sign agreement to participate
• DRI Resolution for downtown Chadwicks - $10 million dollar grant – seeking approval in the next phase in the process for the Town of New Hartford to be certified
• Budget Amendments
• Update on Insurance Brokers – looking to consolidate to one broker for health, dental and vision from two brokers. More efficient for Personnel Department. Invite several brokers to come in July to make formal presentation to the board.
• 2025 Audit by Drescher & Malecki Engagement Letter (added 6/2/26)
• Northland Phone Contract (added 6/2/26)
• Move July 1^st meeting to July 9^th.

America 250 – Celebration Update

• Fireworks in Sherrill Brook Park July 5^th, 2026
  • Had initial meeting with Clerk, NHFD Chief, NHPD, Hwy Dept, and Parks Dept.
  • Discussed 6-8 Food trucks/trailers and vendors – location near pickleball courts
  • Reviewed overall logistics of times, traffic, parking and busing
  • America 250 banners have been displayed around town – thanks to the Rick Sherman and the highway department
