- DRI Resolution for downtown Chadwicks - $10 million dollar grant – seeking approval in the next phase in the process for the Town of New Hartford to be certified
- Budget Amendments
- Update on Insurance Brokers – looking to consolidate to one broker for health, dental and vision from two brokers. More efficient for Personnel Department. Invite several brokers to come in July to make formal presentation to the board.
- 2025 Audit by Drescher & Malecki Engagement Letter (added 6/2/26)

America 250 – Celebration Update

- Discussed 6-8 Food trucks/trailers and vendors – location near pickleball courts
- Reviewed overall logistics of times, traffic, parking and busing
- America 250 banners have been displayed around town – thanks to the Rick Sherman and the highway department
