1)     Approval of the June 8, 2026 Planning Board minutes.

2)     1) Continuation of Public Hearing for Special Use Permit for The House of the Good Shepherd, 1550 Champlin Avenue, Utica, New York (Town of New Hartford). Preliminary/final review.  The applicant is proposing to install an 8’ chain link fence on the north-west (rear) property of their complex.  Tax Map #317.000-2-1.1; Zoning: Institutional.  Applicant to return with further information.

3)     2) NBT Bank, 8549 Seneca Turnpike, New Hartford, New York.  Public Hearing held June 8, 2026 and hearing closed.  This application is for a Special Use Permit for a proposed fence for NBT Bank.  Preliminary/Final review.  The applicant is proposing to install a 6’ light gray vinyl fence approximately 48’ off New York State Route 5 curb, 10’ off NBT parking lot curb between NBT Bank and Hoffman Car Wash. Tax Map #328.012-2-1; Zoning: C1 General Business. Applicant to return with further information.

4)     3) Burger King (Carrolls Restaurant Group/Whopper Company), 8515 Seneca Turnpike, New Hartford, New York.  Tax Map #328.012-1-65; Zoning: C1 General Commercial.  Preliminary/final review of a proposed addition of secondary drive-thru lane, upgrades to outside pavement, landscaping and facade improvements. 

5)     4) Charles T. Sitrin Health Care Center, Inc. (Cedarbrook Village), Sitrin Lane, New Hartford, New York.  Tax Map #340.000-2-21.1; Zoning: Mixed Use.  Preliminary/final review of a proposed two-lot minor subdivision.
