DESCRIPTION:Notice of Public Hearing: 2027 Preliminary Budget - October 21 2026NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2027 Preliminary Budget for the Town of New Hartford, Oneida County, New York has been completed and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk, 8635 Clinton Street, New Hartford, New York where it is available for inspection by any interested person during business hours (8:00 A.M. through 4:00 P.M., week-days) or by visiting: Town of New Hartford 2027 Preliminary Budget PacketPURSUANT to Section 108 of Town Law, the proposed maximum salaries of the following Town Officials are hereby specified as follows:Supervisor - $32,000Councilmen(4) - $16,000 eachTown Clerk - $66,605Registrar - $16,651Superintendent of Highways, including Sewer Superintendent - $78,626Chief Justice - $36,085Town Justice - $19,500FURTHER NOTICE is given that the New Hartford Town Board will meet and review said Preliminary Budget and hold a Public Hearing in the Board Room at the Town Hall, 8635 Clinton Street New Hartford, NY, at 6:00 P.M. on WEDNESDAY, October 21, 2026, and at such hearing any person may be heard in favor of or in opposition to the Pre-liminary Budget as compiled and amended, or for or against any item or items therein contained.
