Sherrillbrook Park begins taking registrations on January 3rd.

Registrations must be made online.  All school groups must have an adult (teacher, etc.) apply for permit.

Aspen, Birch & Spruce - 50, Cedar & Chadwicks Large - 175

Chadwicks Small - 50, Washington Mills Small - 50

There is an $80.00 non-refundable fee for Cedar & Chadwicks Large Pavilion for town residents and town organizations. $200 for non-residents and non-resident organizations.  All other pavilions (small) are $40.00 for town residents  and town organizations.  $100 for non-residents and non-resident organizations   Proof of residency required.

Yes.  Cedar pavilion has is own restroom.  Restrooms are available in all parks.

No.  There is no reserving of ball fields on the weekends.  It is strictly on a first come-first serve basis.  Athletic Park fields reserved for youth groups.

No.  No alcoholic beverages or beverages to be non-alcoholic are allowed in any of the parks.  See Section 8 of the rules and regulations.

No.  There is no such permit.

If the group involved more than 25 people, a permit can be issued for Open Space Only.

No stag parties or any party where alcohol will be served.

No.  This is used mainly for weddings and concerts. Fee for gazebo is $40 for residents, and $100 for non-residents.  Proof of residency required.

#2 Birch (Sherrillbrook) turn left off entrance, first pavilion on right

#3 Spruce (Sherrillbrook) turn left off entrance, pavilion across from playground on left

#4 Aspen (Sherrillbrook) turn left off entrance, sits back in the woods (left before restrooms)

Chadwicks Large Pavilion sits by parking lot.

Chadwicks Small Pavilion sits in back of large pavilion.

Washington Mills Athletic Park

No.  This is a naturalistic park, and only bands for town sponsored events are allowed.  Radios are allowed but volume must be kept low/reasonable.
