The Resident Stormwater Committee is a resident-driven advisory committee made up of five Town residents and the Highway Superintendent. Its mission is to help reduce flooding risks in the Town of New Hartford, support responsible stormwater management, coordinate infrastructure projects, pursue grant funding opportunities, and promote public education, community awareness, and involvement.
