Student Parking Passes for the 2026-2027 school year will be available online only.
Availability is limited and passes are issued on a first-come first-served basis.
Rules and restrictions are listed and a hard copy will be provided with the pass at time of pickup.
Registration Opens Monday, August 3rd at 8 AM
Passes will be available for pickup at the New Hartford Recreation Center
August 24th & August 25th, between 8 AM and 11 AM
Registration Instructions
NOTE: You will need vehicle information, credit or debit card, and an image of your child’s drivers license ready.
1) VISIT: https://parksrec.egov.basgov.com/newhartford or CLICK HERE
• Create and account and add your student (if you do not already have an account)
• Verify your email address (you will receive an email verification)
• Choose “Student Parking Pass”
• Choose “Register”
• Select your child, and add to cart
You will be prompted to read and accept the wavier.
You will then be prompted to complete vehicle information and upload your child’s driver’s license
Once completed click: "REGISTER"
2) MAKE PAYMENT
You will then need to make payment – payments are accepted ONLINE ONLY.
Once payment is complete, you will receive a receipt.
Print out the receipt. You will need it with you for pass pickup.
3) PICK UP YOUR PASS
Bring the receipt to the Rec Center to pick up your pass on August 24 or 25 between 8 AM and 11 AM.
